Returning to Paraty, we'll sail past Cocos Island, a destination for those seeking peace and natural beauty. Prepare to be enchanted by the crystal-clear waters and serene atmosphere of this paradise island. We'll also pass by Bom Jardim Beach, located about a 10-minute boat ride from the Paraty pier. The entire area surrounding the beach is private.

Cedro Island is one of several islands in the region that attracts sailors seeking tranquility and contact with nature, with its two beaches perfect for anchoring. Its beaches are surrounded by preserved Atlantic Forest, providing a natural and untouched environment.

Gipóia Island is the second largest island in Angra dos Reis and has beautiful beaches, such as Dentista Beach (or Jurubaíba). It's one of the most popular islands, offering a little bit of everything: beaches with perfect waves for surfing like Brava and Praia de Fora, the deserted Amendoeiras Beach, or the calm Fazenda Beach.

Palmas Beach is an old beach located on Ilha Grande. It's known for its crystal-clear waters and its many palm and coconut trees providing shade. Sítio Forte is a crescent-shaped cove with clear waters and small beaches framed by the Atlantic Forest and an imposing rocky wall. It's one of the most wind-sheltered spots. Here, sea turtles swim peacefully alongside the boats and among the swimmers.

We'll arrive at Ilha Grande, the largest island in Angra dos Reis, with a stop at Lagoa Verde, a spot of shallow, calm, typically green waters that is one of the highlights of Ilha Grande's northwest coast. The marine fauna is surprising in its clear, calm waters.

We departed from the Marina in Paraty and headed to Praia Vermelha. Praia Vermelha, with its clear, green waters, is popular for diving. It's a great option for those who enjoy lively beaches. The beach has a variety of bars and restaurants.
