"The most incredible vacation! We booked two weeks and explored the Italian coast. We loved the Pontine Islands and the Amalfi Coast. A spectacular way to see the beautiful coastline and get away from the crowds. Our captain was excellent and we highly recommend him. Having a captain meant we could relax and enjoy the vacation without the stress and worry of anchoring, trying to get into busy ports, language, weather, etc. Our family loved the charter and we hope to sail again in the future."

"Our large family of 9 adults sailed for 7 days from Procida, Italy to Capri, Ischia, Amalfi, and Sorrento in August 2023 on a 50-foot Sailitalia catamaran with 5 cabins and an upper deck. Our captain was the best: professional and knowledgeable, kind and friendly, helpful with any issues, including picking up our lost wine order at another port. He made sure we safely weathered a major storm while docking in Ischia and gave us helpful tips on fueling, places to go, and even birthday celebrations. We highly recommend Max as a charter captain."

"We sailed with our family around the Pontine Islands, Italy (Procida, Ischia, Ventotene, Ponza, Palmarola, return). We spent time around the water, in addition to sailing around Ischia/Capri previously, and had high expectations. Our trip was absolutely GREAT. The captain knew the best spots and where to go to avoid crowds. Super friendly and easy to deal with. Dolphins, caves, sunsets, ancient Roman ports - it was a wonderful week."

"From September 2nd to 9th, 2023, we—a group of six—chartered a Leopard 50 catamaran. We sailed from Procida, Ischia, Capri, Portofino, Amalfi, Sorento, and back to Procida. Although our group included some experienced sailors, we decided to hire a captain for this charter. We enjoyed a fantastic sailing trip with sunny weather and strong winds. The captain was a key contributor to this unique trip, highly experienced and talented. He is a passionate sailor and was able to handle the large 50-foot catamaran in all weather conditions and challenging maneuvers in tight and complicated marinas or harbors. We felt safe and secure at all times, even when the wind was blowing around 30 knots. He takes excellent care of the passengers and the boat, operates discreetly, and is a knowledgeable advisor for the entire trip. From the first moment to the last, we felt comfortable and fortunate to have him on board as our captain."

He made sure to follow weather patterns so we could see as much as possible, made sure we had special impromptu swimming opportunities, made restaurant reservations for us, and while we knew we had to be flexible in our location planning due to weather and sailing conditions, he went out of his way to try to help us check off our bucket list. "We booked a week-long family sailing vacation in the Bay of Naples in July 2023. Since we didn't have a sailing license, we needed to hire a captain. We had a wonderful week with our catamaran's captain. First of all, I felt reassured by his professionalism in captaining. He seemed very experienced. He was attentive and inclusive in making decisions about our itinerary and daily activities and tasks, perfectly balancing his role as captain. Furthermore, he became a great companion for the week. There were a few minor incidents on the trip, for example, an overcharged meal bill, which he handled calmly and confidently. He has great morale!"
